Shipping & Returns


Deliveries will be made within the following territory: Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and the European Union.

Except for those cases in which there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, where appropriate, derived from the personalization of the products, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each purchase confirmation will be delivered within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected by the user and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of order confirmation.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the prices indicated for each product in Catalonia and the rest of Spain and Europe to consult.

The shipping service will be carried out by CBL Logistics - Comprehensive logistics operator.

If for any reason, attributable to itself, Garden furniture - Mamba furniture could not meet the delivery date, it will contact you to inform you of this circumstance and you can choose to go ahead with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date. In any case, home deliveries are made on working days. 

If it is impossible to deliver the order due to your absence at the indicated address, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, the carrier would leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to get it delivered again.

If you are not going to be at the place of delivery in the agreed time slot, you must contact the transport company to arrange delivery on another day.

In the event that the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Garden Furniture - Mamba Furniture, it will be understood that you give up the purchase, proceeding to return the important payment, discounting transport costs and any other additional that may have occurred. In case of being a personalized product, no amount will be refunded.

It will be understood that the delivery has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which you or a third party who is at the address acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.


All purchase orders received through are subject to product availability and/or to no circumstance or cause of force majeure affecting their supply.

 If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no products left in them, Garden Furniture - Mamba Furniture undertakes to contact the user and refund any amount that may have been paid as payment.
